J. Langston Hoffman, M.D.
Dr. J. Langston Hoffman is an Instructor in Clinical Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. He is also a physician with BJC Medical Group of Missouri at Central Medical Group.
He received his B.S. degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1994 and his M.D. degree from Washington University School of Medicine in 1999.
He served his residency in Internal Medicine at Barnes-Jewish Hospital June 1999 to June 2002.
Dr. Hoffman’s awards include: Distinguished African-American Scholarship at Washington University School of Medicine (a four-year, full tuition scholarship), Chancellor’s Scholar Scholarship at University of Wisconsin (a four-year, full tuition scholarship), and was a Medical Scholar at the University of Wisconsin. He was presented with The Excellence in Health Care Award by the St. Louis American Foundation in 2009.
Dr. Hoffman co-authored an article (CNS Sites Involved in Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Control of the Pancreas: a Viral Tracing Study) for the Brain Research 8/97, 766, 29-38.
