Simone Cummings, Ph.D.

Dr. Simone Cummings is a Research Instructor in the Health Administration Program at the Washington University School of Medicine. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Washington University , a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the Washington University School of Medicine, and a Doctorate in Health Policy and Administration with a certificate in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill . Her research interests include access to care and substance abuse.

Dr. Cummings is a member of FOCUS St. Louis and serves on the board of the Missouri Family Health Council. She also serves as Treasurer of the Board of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration, is a Fellow with the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education, sits on the Editorial Board of the Health Administration Press, and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
